"Oh, What A Night"
It began as a private, upstairs dinner with best friends. They one-upped each other, relating a melange of memories of their world-changing, three-year lay-off.
Before this iconic evening ended, mankind’s worst miscarriage of justice became an Indelible swoosh of shame, splashed across scrolls for centuries.
Surrounded by weaponized thugs on orders from the religious hierarchy, it was your zombiest nightmare. Yet, God’s Son showed us how real peace behaves.
Whipped, insulted, spit on, stripped naked, the One who endured this for you was heard above the jeers, saying, “These things are happening to fulfill what the Scripture says about Me.” What it says is He came not to live, but to die and resurrect so you can defeat death too.
Jesus Christ suffered in your place because He loves you and doesn’t want you to languish endlessly in a flaming lake. Your only choices are:
(1) accept
(2) reject or
(3) ignore God’s total-and-forever-forgiveness.
Your personal destiny Is your call.
“Anyone who isn’t with Me opposes Me, and anyone who isn’t working with Me is actually working against Me.” Luke 11:23
