Unfinished Business
What unique experience is coming your way that at this stage of your life is impossible to describe? Ultimately we all go where we’ve never been and do what we’ve never done. You might say, it will be “out of this world.”
But first, one of us has unfinished business. He must kayak the 1,000-mile long Sea of Cortez, bike 6,000 miles across America and back via Canada. And hike the 2,600-mile Pacific Crest Trail, facing down bears, mountain lions, sharks, whales, searing heat, numbing cold and bone-deep fatigue. All in the back nine of his life.
This intrepid soul recently celebrated his 80th birthday two weeks before entering heaven. No longer suffering with pancreatic cancer, he’s now moon-walking streets of gold. Like all who trust God’s generous gift of forgiveness for their sins, he’s having that aforementioned, indescribable experience. Will that be your story? You can know for sure. Lock it in today.
“God gave us eternal life; the life is in His Son (Jesus Christ). So, whoever has the Son has life; whoever rejects the Son, rejects life. My purpose in writing is simply this: that you who believe in God’s Son will know beyond the shadow of a doubt that you have eternal life, the reality and not the illusion.” 1 John 5:11-13
